Perhaps the greatest contribution to self-empowerment is to establish good eating habits which really nourish your being. Living plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, herbs and wild foods (such as wild blueberries) carry a signature of vibrant nourishment and protective resilience, both which are necessary for vitality and well-being. Consuming more of these foods can be a real game-changer.
 
 Vibrant nourishment. Appropriate nourishment is essential – not only to provide you with physical fuel- but to strengthen you mentally and emotionally as well as to strengthen your connection to your soul.  These plant foods contain hydro-bioactive water, hydrating your body at the cellular level. Our home-made food is primarily based on fruits, vegetables, herbs and wild foods mentioned above as well as the occasional trout, cod or salmon. Our dishes and drinks are inspired by the teachings of  Medical Medium, promoting deep nourishment and healing.

· Daily Morning Meditation: Start your day with a 15-minute guided session to center your mind and set a tone of calm for the hours ahead.

· Daily evening Meditations. End your day with a 15-minute session to unwind and prepare for a restful night.

· Accessible to Everyone: No prior experience is required. Whether you’re new to meditation or have years of experience our approach is inclusive and welcoming.

Nature Walks and Hikes

Time spent outdoors enhances physical health, from improved circulation to better sleep, as your body aligns with natural rhythms. Let the serene landscapes work their magic:

· Relaxation and Renewal: Feel your body unwind, your perspective broaden, and your mood brighten with every step.

· Seasonal Delights: In July and August, enjoy wild blueberry picking for a hands-on taste of nature’s bounty.

Our nature walks take from 25 minutes to 1,5 hours. If you feel that a 1,5 hour walk may be too much for you, one of us will accompany you on a shorter route.

Rejuvenating Baths

Soothe your body and please your senses with our range of bathing experiences designed to relax and revitalize.

  • Indoor Mineral Salt Baths: Envelop yourself in warm water infused with mineral salts and essential oils. Close your eyes and let the gentle warmth melt away tension while promoting improved circulation and muscle relaxation.
